Sponsorship by L2 visa holder

Hi,

I am in US on L2 visa. My husband is here with L1 visa. I have a valid SSN and I am a permanent employee here. I would like to know if I can sponsor my parents myself. Or should My husband file the sponsorship(for in-laws in that case)?

I am assuming you want to sponsor them for their tourist visa. If so, either one of you can sponsor.
