Visa change due to marriage

Hi,

We are a Dutch not marriage couple and due to my work living in the USA for the coming three to five years. I have got a L1 visa and my girl friend has got a B2 Visa. We decided to get married in the US so that she can get a job after applying for a EAD. What do we have to do so that her visa changes into a L2?

Do we have to make a new appointment with the embassy in the Netherlands or can we arrange that while we are in the US?
