Dear Sir,
I have a strong sponsor with me who want to see me in USA.last days I applied for business visa on his invitation letter but unforunatly it was rejected on the groud of poor travel history and marital status.
He is ready to give my file for H1 visa but i am not interested because it is based on lottery and required large amount,whether u get visa or not. Is it possible to apply for any other type of visa which we can get it surely like L1 L2 ETC if u r interested to take my casy pls reply.
