L2 EAD renewal query

Hello,

I am on L2 Visa and filed for my EAD renewal. This time i received a response from USCIS to send over the latest L1-a and L2 approved extension papers. As Our L1-A and L2 petition was due to expire on Mar 10 we had applied for it renewal on Jan 7 however we have not yet received the petition. Though the USCIS website says its been approved and sent over. My lawyer has filed for I-824 ( Petition apporved but not received by the petitioner) and have the receipts of both
1. L1- A Petiotion extension and
2. I-824.

Please advice how to respond to the USCIS query on sending them the approved L1-A and L2 extension papers. As its still pending with USCIS.

Has anyone encountered similar situation? Appreciate any response on the same.

Hi Sanjana,

What happened to your case, even i am facing the same or little bad situation where or L1 and L2 petition is under extension. and my EAD is going to expire on 14-Aug-08. Currently the application for extension has been sent and there is no receipt of that vut very soon we are expecting the receipt.

But EAD renewal must be filed 90 Days before or they will treat this as a fresh application later. ....

what is the solution of your problem ?? can you please share ??
