Name in I-94, Passport, Visa - Kindly Advice

Hello Members,

Greetings to you. Kindly help me with your advice. My wife came to US recently on L2 Visa. She has

1. Her " First Name " Only in Passport ( eg. Ram Prasad, No Last Name )
2. Visa Shows " FNU ", " Last Name " ( eg. FNU, Ram Prasad )
3. I-94 with " First Name " and " Last Name " ( Name was separated while
submitting the form on arrival , e.g Ram, Prasad )

Kindly let me know from here, whether she could just follow the I-94 name structure including filing for EAD etc... Would a change of name in Passport or Visa is needed.
