    L1 visa-urgent help

    Hi,

    I am currently on L1 visa and I want to quit my job and apply for a H1B.

    In the FAQs of this site it says I can but I am not sure.Please help.

    And my husband is on H1B, can I change my status to H4 while in US or do I need to go back to India to get that done.

    Is there any other alternative so that I can stay here with my husband.

    PLease let me know.
