L1 - basic qualification

Hello,

I have done my graduation 'bachelor of commerce' through distance education. My employer processing my L1 Visa. I would like to know whether distance education degree is valid for or not? And also, What's the educational qualification for L1 processing?

One of my friend with same degree got L1 but it was full time with 6+ years of exp. in it.

However, It depends upon attorney and company who is filing your petition.
They must prove that you are very specialized in your skills.

You mean to say your friend got L1 though he has done his degree in distance mode? What do you mean by full time with 6+ years of experience?
