L1B Visa - work experience & impact of previous B1 trips

I have joined my current company in July 2006 as Junior SE & promoted to Software Engineer in April 2007 . So as on current date i am having around 21months of experience with the same company. I have already visited to USA 2-times in B1 last year. 1st time i stayed 80days & second time 85days. .

Now my company is filing my L1B individual petition. Am I eligible with only 21months of work experience? Based on the things i have mentioned above what are the things i have to take care?
