Currently I am in USA with company A on H1B visa and my I-94 will be expiring in June 2008. My company A wants to convert my H1B visa to L1B instead of H1B visa extension. Below are my queries
1) I would like to know if I can apply for H1B visa transfer from company B?
2) If I apply for H1 transfer from company B and it gets approved and about a month later if my current company A applies for L1B and if it gets approved will my transferred H1B by company B be valid?
3) Can I continue with both H1B and L1B status??
4) Can I continue working with Company A on L1B and switch to H1B (Company B) whenever I wish to?
