Hi,
I have a question about a potential application for an L-1 Visa. The eligibity criteria state that applicants must've worked for the employer for at least one year in the past three. I was with my previous employer for over three years, but left four months ago to join another firm. If I secure a position with my previous firm, will I be eligible for L-1 visa with them? I.e, if I am not currently employed with them but have worked for them in the past will I be able to get the L-1 visa?
I am a UK citizen and both my previous and current employers are large US banks with multinational operationsm, so I assume that they would have blanket L-1 petitions, although I do not know this for certain.
Any information you can provide will be a big help.
Many thanks
