I applied for a L1-A visa last year and i did not include my wife. This year, i am renewing my L1-A visa for 3 years and i would like to include my wife for a L2 visa.
Am i suppose to fill up the form I-539 for my wife to apply for a L2?
or
Am i suppose to fill up the attachment form on I-129 for my wife?
Also does she need to have her own notice of action while going throught the embassy?
