L2,I94,EAD extension

hi,
My husband's L1,I 94 and my L2,I94,EAD are valid till sept 08 .If my husband's L1 gets extended , is it possible to extend my EAD also?or should i apply for a new EAD to work in US?

EAD extension is nothing but applying for new EAD after the L1 gets extended.
