L1 Visa

Hi,

I came to know that to be eligible for L1 visa, one has to complete one year in the company. I just now completed one year in my present organization in India. I was in US on B1 in Lieu of H1 Visa for three months during this one year. I also heard that the time spent in US gets deducted from calculation of one year. Just needs to confirm this information.

So, my question is, am I eligible for L1 visa at the moment?
