H1 Rejection going for L1

Hi,

My H1 application was filed last year and attended the interview in nov 07. I got a 221g blue form and was asked to submit some documents which I did in jan and in the month of march i got a letter that my h1 got rejected because the petitioner was unwilling to or unable to provide me qualifying employment in USA.

I work for the biggest indian MNC and now I got the chance to attempt for L1. I have L1 stamping next month. Can some one suggest me
What should be my preparation?
What kind of questions can I expect from the VO?

PS: I traveled to US twice for 6 months on B1.

Your H1 is purely rejected based on employer credentials. That will not impact L1 stamping and you need not do anything special.
