I have both Visas L1 and H1b any issue in port of entry?

I need very urgent help.

I have L1B from Company A from 2007 Jan I traveled USA once on my L1B.

Now I got H1b in 2008 Jan from company B.

Still I am working with company A Now I got an opportunity to travel through the company A on L!B once again.

Now I have both Visas enabled.Please let me know is there any problem in port of entry.(Now I am in India).I have not resigned in the company A.

I am planning to come back from USA in August and join in the company B.

Please help me in this.

---- At the POE you chose on which Visa you want to enter US and according the IO will give you the I-94. The other Visa will not be cancelled or revoked. Next time after you travel overseas you can once again chose the Visa to enter and accordingly get the I-94. However the only condiition being that the Visa should be valid and unexpired
