Request for Help ( L2 / FNU / EAD )

My wife is on L2 has FNU in her Visa but I 94 has first name and last name. Can she follow I 94 and apply for an EAD. Does she need to get her name/passport endorsed at Indian embassy. How these changes could be effected in the visa.

I request help in this matter.

... she can use the name as mentioned in the I94. It will be in your and her best interest to have the necessary changes done in the passport.
