Can any one let me know if there is any kind of compliance issues for the employer in doing H1 to L1 cos. I have a need for it as my wife wants to work but my employer is relectuant to change this even if I am offering to reimburse the money and not providing enough reasons
My employer is a India based organization which sends people to US on H1, L1and B1. I meet all the eligibility criteria for L1 and I used to work in India for 3 years for the same employer. I am currently in US working for client. I want to know if there is any issues with compliance which can hurt the reputation of the organizaton.
