L2 To L1B

I recently traveled to US from India on L1B. My wife who is also working for the same company was having L1B and applied for L2 to travel with me.
She got the L2 stamped but her L1 was cancelled. She is now in US with me.

Our company wants her to work for a new project in US, so is it possible for her to get her L1B stamped in US?

What are her chances of getting the visa considering her visa was canceled recently?

She can work on L2, why do you want to go through the hassle of L1? No visa stamping is possible inside the US. However, change of status to L1 is possible.
