Hi,

I am working r8 now with a company on L2(EAD) as US employee .I would like to know can I change my visa status from L2to L1 at onsite .If possible how is the procedure.

If you qualify for the L1, status change is possible. But why? L2 provides more flexibility.

L1 Visa requirement

Hi,

My husband company L1 is sending us back to india .R8 now i am on project playing critical role onsite worling on L2 (EAD ).In another 2 months its going to be one year.So My question is onsite employee are also eligible for L1 VIsa status.If possible what are the formalities ot be completed.

If you qualify for the L1 requirements which can be checked out on the immihelp main page, then it is possible. Otherwise, it is not.
