Currently on L1 - Multiple H1B visas applied - need to travel to India

Hi Friends,
I am currently on L1 visa with company X. I had applied through two companies(X and Y) and one consultant for H1B visa.
1. my current employer, company X did premium processing, but there is no response from USCIS yet, so i am guessing it means a NO - i never made the lottery.
2. i got approval from company Y some days back - the lawyers have my notice of approval, which was sent by USCIS.
3. the consultant got a tracking no from USCIS -which means I made it through the lottery, but since they did non-premium, I wont get to know about the visa approval for a few more months.

I am most interested in working with company Y - starting from October. I know that if i travel now - my H1B visa application with consultant(and possibly with company X) will get invalidated.What I need to find out it, is that if I travel now on a L1, can I come back to US in 2-3 weeks on a L1 itself, since my H1B with company Y isnt active yet. I wanted to confirm that two pending visa applications with USCIS wont impact my H1B got through company Y.

Look up Efren Hernandez memo. H1b applications don't get invalidated due to travel but change of sttaus does on unapproved applications.
