Visa for my additional dependents

I have L1(Blanket)Visa for 3 years.I'm travelling with my dependents(Spouse,2 children) to USA.I wanted to take my mother also along with me.Please help me with detailed process and how soon it can happen?

It is not possible to take parents as dependents. They can only visit temporarily with the appropriate visa.
