Can be applied again. No special conditions as long as the qualifications for L1 blanket petitions are met.

What kind of company tool is implemented using SharePoint? Sharepoint itself is a web portal for collaboration and your explanation of implemention a company tool using sharepoint is little bit difficult to accept for a VO that knows about Sharepoint.
