L1 Approved after gap

I filed for the extension of my L1A for the second time after my I94 expired 2 months ago. My I94 expired and my application was denied. I refiled for a new application for the extension and was approved after a gap of 3 months with my I94 expired. Now I need to go to my country to get the visa on my passport. Should a have problem to enter in US when I come back due my gap without my I94 valid ?

You have been illegal and have been accumulating illegal presence ever since the denial. Did the new approval have an attached I-94 at the bottom?

If not, if you exceeded 180 days of illegal presence, you are risking a 3 year ban and >1 yr, a 10 yr ban.

Since the denial date to new approval date were 35 days... still has risk in having problem when I come back from my country ?

I just saw on the site that was approved and informing they e-mailed my lawyer. I do not know if they will send the notice with a new I-94. Should I ?
I appreciated your collaboration
