L1B Rejected

My company applied for L1B on Feb 15th and on 1st march converted the application to Premium Processing. Received RFE on 10th March and submitted RFE on 2nd June.I got my denial on 11th June.

What should be the next step? I hold a valid B1/B2.

Please help.

I also applied for L1B extension and got RFE and we responded to RFE on 23 July. Now waiting for Decision. If it get denied should I leave US with in 10 days? If you share your inputs it will be really helpful to me. Thanks in advance.

If you have B1, apply for change of status or leave the country.

You cannot work in the US. You need to return to your home country and continue your career with your employer there.
