Transfer L1 From the issued company to another

I need your assistance on the above subject.
I have an L1 Visa and I was wondering whether it is possible to transfer this Visa to another company?

Hi,
It is not possible to "transfer" a L1. L1, also called as intracompany transfer visa requires you to have worked for the parent company for at least 1 year in the last 3 years. You have to find a Co. which can file for your H1B ( subject to quota) and then change status.
