    Hi,

I am already an employee in india for company A and have L1 visa.
If i change to L2 and take leave in india so can i work on L2 in US or i have resigne...
Will my indian company create any problem for this..,

    Thanks

Why would they? What could they?

As long as the L1 status of the spouse exist, your L2 should be fine. The old employer can't do anything.

Didn't you say that you would resign?

Once your status changes to L2 and you have obtained EAD card, you can work for any employer you want.

Why do you want to complicate things by taking LWP at Employer A while intending to work for some other employer?

Apply for COS to L2, say goodbye to Employer A. Once you get EAD after your COS is approved, start working for the employer you want to work for.

Once your COS to L2 is approved, you cannot work for Employer A if you do not have EAD.

I don't understand the idea of keeping employer A with the impression that you are on leave and may return to work for them.
