L1 stamping from US

Hi,

I came accross your site online and i am having some dounts on my wifes visa stamping.

In Detail. I came to US on L1 in Oct 2006 and my wife on L2 .. she got her L2 and started working for a company and on Oct 2007 i got H1 and i shifted to H1 after that the company for chich my wife was working sponsered L1 to her and she got converted form L2 to L1 now.

Our question is can she go to the neighbouring countries for stamping.. or do she should go to India for stamping as the HQ of her company is in India ...
