need help to get qualified for L1 VISA for USA

Hi

I have done my Diploma in electronics after doing my 12th science and i completed my diploma in 2000 . And after diploma i am working and i have 7 plus years of experience, And presently working in IT company. Please let me know whether i can go for masters or Degree to get qualified to L1 Visa
and please let me know if masters which one i should go for and if degree which one i should go for ?

Most of the schools in US accept only people with 16 years of education. Every 3 years of experience can be counted for 1 year of lack of schooling. Check what the L1 basic requirements are from immihelp main page.
