DS-156 - present employer qn for restamping

Hi,

I joined as an employee at the Indian branch of my company and was transferred to the US branch on an onsite assignment on L1. I am going to India on vacation with an expired visa and is going for restamping. The BEP letter that will be provided by my company will have the name of the Indian branch. Please let me know what should I fill for the present employer question in DS-156. Should i fill the address of the US branch or the India branch? Please reply ASAP.

You should know who you are employed with better than anyone here on the forum. Write their name. What is on the BEP does not matter.
