Get working permit for wife with L2 visa

I've been working in the US for a month now with an L1-B visa. My wife has moved from Argentina with me and has an L2 visa. Thus, she can't work. She has a College Degree of Chemical Engineer, she has working experience. It's sad since she stays in the house almost all day doing nothing, when she's not taking the morning English classes. She has a lot of potential, could be a very good asset for any company. I would love it (for her) if she starts working ASAP.

What would be the best, easiest and fastest way to get her a working permit of any type?

The best way is to find a job and apply for H1B.
