Urgent **** ** L1

Hi

1) I have an L1 valid till 2010 but I no longer work for the firm. Its been 7 mnths since I have quit If I rejoin the firm will my L1 be valid or the firm will need to reapply for an L1 again?

2) Provided its valid , If I enter US on H4 and then the join the original firm which gave my L1 , can i work on L1 or I need to reenter the US

1. If not revoked, the same petition is valid.
2. You need a COS approved by USCIS before you can begin work for them. You are better off entering on L1 as COS can take 2-6 months.

What is the urgency for?
