L1B I-94 Extension

Hi

I have an L1B visa and I-94 expiring in Sep 08. I am applying for I-94 extension. What are the chances that an extenion will be granted. Recently I heard most of the I-94 extensions for L1B are getting rejected.

I have also recieved a RFE on my L1 extension.

can you please let me know if there are higher chances of rejection once the RFE is issued and how long we can stay once the denial is sent and more importantly what happned to your case

Unrelated to this post: L1 is the most abused visa. They might be getting stricter, donno for sure.
