L1-B to Green Card

Hi

I am currently on A L1-B visa from my company A for two years. My spouse is on H1-B visa.
Is it possible for me (L1-B) to get a Green Card. How long will it take if i apply it now ?. What are the other options available to obtain the same ? Please help me on this .
