    Query.... I-797, L2 visa

    Hi friends
    My husband is L1 visa holder.
    He is now leaving to US.
    He has a Notice of Action with
    CASE TYPE : I129
    Notice Type : Approval notice
    Blanket Petition
    But i dont find I797 at Left corner as seen in sample document
    Why is it so... can I consider this as I797 and apply for L2?

    Please clarify.....

    Pls help me and also clarify me whether only the copy of emp verification letter is acceptable.

      Whatever he took for L1 stamping should be good for you as well.
