Queries on H1 & L1 Visa status!!

Hi,

I have few queries on H1 & L1 visas.

I have stayed in USA on H1B visa between 28-AUG-2006 & 06-FEB-2008 periods,During this period I have applied I-94 extn as my visa has got expired and I got restamped my H1B visa in 13-FEB-2008 which will be valid from 14-FEB-2008 to 18-AUG-2009.

In the mean time due to some reason I have applied L1B visa and has got stamped in Apr'2008 and that will be valid for another 3 years and I still have a valid H1B visa too.

The question I have here is can I transfer my H1B visa from employer A to employer B?

A & B came up in the last sentence without mention of who they are in the post. You need to declare your variables first before you write a program and reference them

Anyway, yes, any H1b transfer is possible if you are currently holding a valid status in the US.
