Administrative processing

Hi

I had an interview for L 1 visa on 23 May 2008 in Kathmandu US Embassy. After few questions, all my documents, passports are kept giving me administrative processing under clause 221 (g). I could not hear any thing from embassy till now. How long it will take and can I call and check ? Do you have this type of experience ? Please advice

I have same experience. My interview was on 22nd July. The VISA officer said there is no problem and its only for some technical reason and I should hear from them in 1 week time. She gave me yellow form which says you have to submit your passport to VFS once you get a mail from us. I am waiting for it. What did they say to you? did they gave you any form? Which section is ticked on it?

I am given white paper with indication on administrative processing under section 221 (g). If I could not hear with in 60 days I can call them or email them. I send emails but they replied me case still in processing. All my original documents are in embassy. I am wondering whether it is positive sign or negative.

l1 visa granted

My l1 visa is granted from embassy but there is some error in printing and they are calling again to pick up the passport.
