Hi ,
Im in US joined my husband as his dependent through a L2. I work for company and I have a valid L1B also. Looks like my company will take me 2-3 months to get the project for me. When they find the project for me, do I need to get back to India and come back through my L1B or do I need to get my EAD here and work for the same company?? Pls advice!!
