applying for L1 visa

Hi, I am from the Philippines and I have an employer already in texas who will process me under L1 visa. I still have some worries regarding this kind of processing. What do you think the probability of aproval in the USCIS with this kind of visa? does it has anything to do with H1B cap?
I need advice frrom someone also who was processed under this visa so that I will some idea on how things are being done

The employer in Texas cannot process your L1 unless you have been working for the same employer back in your home country for atleast 1 year in past 3 yrs

actually Ive been working with this employer's parent company here in the Philippines. what is the probaability of this visa to be approved anyway? and how long the processing will take?Thank you!
