Hi,
I am in the process of getting L1 visa. I want to change my spouse surname to mine in her passport, though this is not needed for her L2 visa processing.
My query is that whether this changed surname on her passport should not create problems if she wants to apply for job or study further in US as there will be mis-match in her surname given in her old academic records/degrees and her passport.
Please advice.
