    Old L1 Petition expired, Applying Fresh Petition

    Hi,

    My old L1 petition expired in May 08 and I never travelled to US on the L1 visa.
    Now due to a new project, I need to be in US for long term for which company is applying for a fresh L1 petition.

    Will my old L1 petition expiry has any implication on approval of my fresh L1 petition ? How many years can I stay if my new petition gets approved ?
