I am currently working for US company on L1-A visa. Below are my US visit information:-
Arrival Month Departure Month Total months stay in USA
04/2006 08/2008 28
03/2006 03/2006 1
07/2004 07/2005 13
01/2003 04/2003 3
07/2002 09/2002 2
Total 47
My concerns:-
1) Should I take my total months as 47 months or only the first 3 figures totalling 28****3=42 months as Stay in USA as there is a gap of one year being in India from 05/2003 to 06/2004.
2) I got to know that on L1-A visa the maximum stay allowed in US is 6 yrs. therefore I assume that I have balance of 72-42=30 months of stay in US.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Would appreciate your reply.
