Should I complete 1yr with employer before processing L1 ??

HI,

I have Joined my the firm on Sep 17 2007.

To start the process for L1 visa should I wait for completing 1yr or can the process be started now and by the time I attend the L1 visa interview at counsellate should I complete 1 yr ??? Also I went to US for 3 months on Jan 2008 on B1 Visa.

Please advice whether I can start my L1 Visa processing.

You should have completed 1 yr as of the date of filing.
