Hi,
I am currently here on L2 and have an EAD which is valid for a year.I would like to know what would be the status of my EAD If my husband goes to chennai changes his visa from L1B to L1A and both of us return to U.S in 1-2 weeks on this new visa.Will I have to apply for a new EAD or can I use the same EAD as work permit.
