I will be going to India and my company will get a new visa stamped

for me. when the company applied for my visa .. my status was single..

in the mean time if during my application and my stamping , i get married, then
can i apply for my wife's L2 visa?

These days L1B companies changes their internal policies. They will apply for L2 visa only after getting marriage. there will be some delay.
