Hello,

Can you please help me find out if a person who has arrived in US on H4 Visa and letter whose L1 petition was approved, should he/she go back to India to get the new I-94 for L1 visa? Or can it be done somehow in the US?

You should have already received new I-94 along with L1 visa.
