IF the L1 VISA holder moves back from US, is it possible for the spouse who is on L2 to stay in US and continue the job.

Also how long does it take to get the EAD for L2 visa holder.

Very Urgent!!!!!! Help appreciated.

possible to continue job on L2 only if L1 visa holder is going for a short term and not 'for gud'.
anywhere between 3 to 4 months.

Thank you for your reply...Say if the L1 person leaves the country for 2 months and returns back,but not "ON JOB".....tries to stay in US, based on SPOUSES income who will be on L2....

Both L1 and L2 will be illegal and can be thrown behind bars.
