L1B - Queries

We are planning to apply for my L1B Visa. I had few queries that I need help from fellow boarders.

1. I hold an Electrical & Electronics engineering Degree. Can I qualify for a Blanket L1?

2. If not, what is the average procesing time that it takes for L1B Individual.

3. We are filing for one of the projects. But there is another project on the same technology/skillset, where I might need to work. The first one is ongoing, the second one is yet to start. If I want to move over to the second project/client, we can file an amendment after the L1 gets stamped right? How long does this amendment process take?

Yes. Each company has seperate policy. Check with your company immigration cell.

Not sure. I had seen people applying for one client and working for another client without any issues. I believe client doesn't matter the company you work for matters.

Just a follow up query: If we do a blanket L1B, what is the processing time, we should be looking at?

USCIS approval is not required.

It will take 3-5 working days.
