Hello,
I'm in the US on L1B visa. This is valid till Dec 2009.
If I decide to resign from the company that I'm working for, I've tp give them 1 month notice. This means suppose I want to be relieved by Sept 30, I have to submit my papers by Aug 30.
In this case, if I submit my papers on Aug 30 and my last working day is Sept 30, after Sept 30 till how many days can I stay in the US legally ?
