Hello friends,
We applied i-94 extension for L1B. Now my visa and I-94 expired and USCIS recieved my extension petition before it expired. After a month we recieved RFE. My company filed RFE and now its almost 35 days over.
- In website they mentioned USCIS will decide within 60 days. But I heared usually it takes more then 60 days. Is it so? The reason is my I-94 exppired on May 6th. So now its more then 90 days over. My concern is if USCIS deny after 60 days, whether I will go out of state from May 6th itself?
- and will it create 3 yesrs ban when I apply visa next time?
