L2 with SSN and without EAD

Hi,

This link says a person with L2 and SSN can work without an EAD.

Is this legal?

If anybody knows, please let me know.

No, You need EAD.

Have you applied for EAD...Whether it has to be applied through an employer or directlyt by the candidate itself....
